Mithis is responsible for one of our favorite sleeper games this year, Nexus: The Jupiter Incident, and Battlestations: Midway reminds us a bit of Nexus, save for that it's set during World War II rather than in outer space. In Battlestations: Midway, you'll command US forces during the major battles of the war. The game is part real-time strategy in that you can switch to a map, select individual ships and squadrons, and then give orders. However, it's also an action game, as you can take direct control of any platform to battle it out. This will let you experience all the "cinematic" moments of the war as you can conduct a bombing run on the enemy, trade broadsides with an enemy battleship, dogfight above an epic sea battle, and much more.
If you originally set your Xbox 360 to save games to the cloud you will be able to download the save files to the Xbox One version and carry on. The cloud files are permanently associated with your gamertag so the Xbox One should do this automatically.
If you only saved your in-game progress locally, to the hard drive, you will need to restart your Xbox 360 and save them to the cloud instead. If you no longer have your Xbox 360, sadly you won't be able to access the files.

Hi mate, I'll try my best to answer your questions1. IDK if it'll work on illegal copies of BSP as I don't pirate the game, all my copies are legal copies, so that I can't really answer.2. This mod disable LIVE so online use isn't available anymore, so it should work with Windows 8.1 with no issues, I tried it on Windows 10 and it worked okay for me.3. Since you used the 'online version' , you'll have to import your progress from one of the saved folders and import them into the newest folder created, over writing any files if promoted. Make sure you do a backup from the earliest folder in case you accidentally import them into the wrong folder.
